Get your records · Request letter

The records-request letter.

For any operator: a plain request for itemized wager and payout records over a date range — not a win/loss statement. Fill it in, copy it or download it as text, and send it through the operator's support channel.

If you have to ask: the records request

A plain letter to send through the operator's support channel (in-app chat or help form — TaxBet does not publish support email addresses). Fill the fields; copy it or download it as text. TaxBet makes no claim about what an operator must provide; the letter asks for the records a return is prepared from.

When to send it

When the export is not a self-service download, when the account is closed, or when the operator has left your state. The notice flow's list of reasons for a form without records (operator exited the market; account closed and records unavailable; in-person play) is the same list this letter is written for.
