Our Terms are being finalized with counsel and will be published before purchases open. They will include the following, which already describe how TaxBet works:
You must be 21 or older to use TaxBet.
A tax-documentation tool. It computes and documents; it does not file, advise, or represent you.
One purchase buys the workpaper for one tax year, chosen at checkout. Access runs until the later of 12 months from purchase or April 15 after that tax year. Nothing renews automatically.
A plan purchase is refundable within 14 days if TaxBet cannot process your records. The IRS Notice Response is refundable within 14 days on the same basis.
At checkout you confirm your uploaded files are unaltered exports from your sportsbook or casino. That statement is recorded with your purchase and printed on your workpaper.
