Getting your transaction history from BetMGM.

Everything on this page was checked against BetMGM's own public pages on 2026-07-30. Paths are described in our words; nothing here is a claim about how the operator reports to the IRS.

Where the export lives in your account

  1. My Account
  2. My Transactions

BetMGM consolidates activity across the states where you've played. Win/loss statements exist for real-money players; if you don't see yours under My Account, ask through their in-app support. The full per-wager export TaxBet parses — casino, table games, and cashier detail in one .xlsx — is not a self-service download: it came from asking BetMGM's support team for a detailed transaction history for the year (use the records request below).

What BetMGM provides, as described on those pages: transaction history; payment history (Cashier → Payment History); win/loss statement.

The file TaxBet reads

XLSX — the casino bet-level detail workbook. Win/loss statements and annual summaries are not transaction records; the free check tells you what it could read.

Sheets "Casino Bet Level Detail" and "Table Games Bet Level Detail", header row starting Login_Name_Txt: Txn Timestamp (or Txn_Date), Game Name, Product Type, Wager Amount, Payout Amount, JP Win Amt, Txn ID.

Timestamps are the workbook's own; the sheet is read as Eastern wall-clock time. One authentic export must parse with zero INVALID_DATE rejections before each deploy.

Detected by sheet "Casino Bet Level Detail". Source IDs ride along (Txn ID) so duplicates across files are refused by ID, never by guesswork.

If you have to ask: the records request

A plain letter to send through BetMGM's support channel (in-app chat or help form — TaxBet does not publish support email addresses). Fill the fields; copy it or download it as text. TaxBet makes no claim about what an operator must provide; the letter asks for the records a return is prepared from.
