Getting your transaction history from Borgata Online.

Everything on this page was checked against Borgata Online's own public pages on 2026-08-18. Paths are described in our words; nothing here is a claim about how the operator reports to the IRS.

Where the export lives in your account

The in-app path for the full bet-level export could not be confirmed from the operator's public pages, so this page does not guess one. The records request below is the proven route; the help centre is linked.

Borgata Online (an MGM brand) has help-centre sections for payments and tax forms, but the full bet-level export is not a self-service download — ask their support team, via in-app chat or the help centre's customer-service channel, for a detailed transaction history for the year. That request is exactly how the per-wager .xlsx TaxBet parses was obtained, cashier (deposit/withdrawal) sheet included.

What Borgata Online provides, as described on those pages: detailed bet-level transaction export (.xlsx, on request); payment / cashier history; tax forms (W-2G).

The file TaxBet reads

XLSX — the casino bet-level detail workbook (the same layout as BetMGM — one adapter reads both). Win/loss statements and annual summaries are not transaction records; the free check tells you what it could read.

Sheets "Casino Bet Level Detail" and "Table Games Bet Level Detail", header row starting Login_Name_Txt: Txn Timestamp (or Txn_Date), Game Name, Product Type, Wager Amount, Payout Amount, JP Win Amt, Txn ID.

Timestamps are the workbook's own; the sheet is read as Eastern wall-clock time. One authentic export must parse with zero INVALID_DATE rejections before each deploy.

Detected by sheet "Casino Bet Level Detail". Source IDs ride along (Txn ID) so duplicates across files are refused by ID, never by guesswork.

If you have to ask: the records request

A plain letter to send through Borgata Online's support channel (in-app chat or help form — TaxBet does not publish support email addresses). Fill the fields; copy it or download it as text. TaxBet makes no claim about what an operator must provide; the letter asks for the records a return is prepared from.
